Muscle strength, joint mobility and balance are all important aspects of the human body that allow us to move around safely and do the things that we enjoy, for various reasons we can lose these qualities over time.

Strength, mobility and balance can be developed over time with specific exercises which can improve function and reduce the risk of falls.

You will be provided with a tailored exercise programme which is gradually progressed to help you feel stronger, fitter and more confident when on your feet.
